Refund & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Barekat Foods LTD. Please read our Refund & Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

We ship orders to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check your details before confirming your order, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect information.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. While we aim to deliver promptly, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for loss or damage passes to you.
We provide free delivery within the Lower Mainland (Metro Vancouver) area for orders of $60 CAD or more. If your delivery address is outside this area, or if your purchase total is less than $60 CAD, a delivery fee may apply. This delivery fee is charged separately and is not included in the product prices or applicable taxes.

All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable once an order is confirmed.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or preferences.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. After reviewing, we may provide a replacement at our discretion.
